Do you give refunds or provide make-up lessons if my child is sick or away?

All group classes have limited numbers and as such no refunds or make-up lessons can be provided for non-attendance of any group lessons. Unfortunately this means whether your child is absent because of illness, school camp, a birthday party or you just forgot – No re-funds or make-up lessons are possible.

Private lessons cancelled more than 24 hours in advance are rescheduled – No refunds or credits are possible.  To reschedule a private lesson please email [email protected]
