Will the coach supervise my child before the lesson commences and/or after the lesson is finished?

No, Tennis For Kids coaches are not responsible for supervising children outside of lesson times. Are the tennis lessons conducted on school holidays, public holidays and pupil free days?

No.  There are no lessons on school holidays, public holidays or pupil free days.

What age can my child start Tennis For Kids?

Your child can enrol in our Kinder Tennis programs from the age of 3 years.

What does my child have to bring?

Your child can wear their school uniform and a comfortable pair of sneakers/sandshoes.  Please ensure you pack them a water bottle and tennis racquet.  It is also now compulsory for all children to wear a hat and we strongly recommend the application of sunscreen prior to lessons.

How much does each lesson cost?

The cost of each lesson varies according to the lesson option, lesson length and coach to child ratio cap. To view lesson costs please go to “View Lesson Schedule” and choose your child’s school.

How long do lessons go for?

Lesson lengths vary between 30 minutes and 60 minutes.

How can I communicate with Tennis For Kids or my child’s coach?

If you have a question at any stage please do not hesitate to email us or give us a call. We are here to help and appreciate all feedback –good and bad. The best time to speak to your child’s coach will be onsite just after the lesson has completed.

How many children are in the class/lesson?

Coach to child ratios are capped but ratios vary according to a range of factors.  These factors include the length of the lesson, the age and standard of the children and the lesson option chosen.
